Description:

Lydia just came to Last Day Dog Rescue this week with her brothers.  Lydia weighs 18.1 lbs, female with a beautiful black mask and is believed to be a shepard lab mix. She is slightly active but this might change as she gets more comfortable with her surroundings. We are still getting to know each other but we both know we like to cuddle. Lydia is a big cuddle bug and likes to be near you. She is your typical puppy and does need training since she is only 3 months old. She has lived outside all her 3 months so is very inquisitive about things but can also be a bit shy. Lydia says she is looking for a home where she will have a warm place to sleep every night, someone to love and cuddle with and a new toy now and then. If you fit these requirements, please fill out an application so we can meet.

Applicants that are willing to enroll their puppy in obedience classes will receive preference.

Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all dogs before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the dog's shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. The microchips are registered to Last Day Dog Rescue with the adopter's info added once adopted. If the dog is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Dogs MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our dogs back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted dog.

The petfinder.com system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
