Thank you for visiting Last Day Dog Rescue. We are a 501(c)(3) organization with a simple mission - saving animals. A no-kill rescue based in Livonia with foster homes across Michigan. We take in these beautiful transient creatures and do our very best to provide them with safety, medical care, and LOVE. Since 2007 saving thousands of dogs and cats. While we openly take in puppies and dogs who are in good shape, our focus is on saving those who are most likely not saved without our help. We were founded on the principle that all life is precious, regardless of breed, appearance, or age. Please consider adopting one of our dogs, puppies, cats or kittens. I can be picky with my dogs friends but seem better with females so slow intros are best. Cats I’m unsure. If more about Fairing - Sr Litter

Seniors For Seniors

Did you know that Last Day Dog Rescue has a "Seniors For Seniors" program? Animal lovers 65 years and over can adopt a select senior dog for only $100! Our senior dogs included in this program are listed on our Seniors For Seniors page. These very special dogs have won the hearts of our fosters and volunteers and we are sure they will win yours over, too!

As with all our dogs, we will also take our animals back in the event of an emergency or illness. So please tell all your senior friends! There is no reason to live alone without the love and devotion of a furever friend.
