Description:
"Roscoe" is a handsome dog who loves everyone. He is VERY SMART. He currently lives with a cat and a small dog. He is not around young kids but is around older kids and does fine with them.
He is extremely intelligent and needs to "work". He needs someone who is active and can be with him most of the time. He has separation anxiety -- he can open doors and crates/kennels. He does not destroy the house when he gets out. He just wants to be adventurous!
He loves playing football. Loves snow and water.. He would be absolutely terrific on a farm or with lots of room to roam. No apartments for this guy -- he needs a fenced yard that will give him plenty of exercise!
If you can keep this handsome boy busy, he will make you an awesome companion!
Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all dogs/cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the dog's/cat’s shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. The microchips are registered to Last Day Dog Rescue with the adopter's info added once adopted. If the dog/cat is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Dogs and cats MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our dogs and cats back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted dog or cat.

The animal may be housebroken or litter trained in the home of the foster but may relapse in your home. The animal is represented to the public as it performs in the foster home and any statements made regarding the animal are conditional to that foster home setting.
