Description:
Hi my name is Odesza, and I came into LDDR on July 16th with my 3 sisters and they split us up into pairs to better fit into our foster homes. I am a lot smaller and skinnier than my sister Melia, so my foster mom thinks I might be the runt of the litter. But don't let that fool you, I am the most outgoing. My sister Melia is very shy and timid, so I spend a lot of time encouraging her to come and play and that new people are okay. I don't have a white stripe on my nose or a black back like her, I am light brown with a black snout and some white markings. I am the first one to run up to you when you enter a room, I just want to be in your lap and receive all your attention. I'm very adventurous and curious, but sometimes I get in a little over my head and retreat. My sister and I have been nicknamed the twister sisters from our foster family because once we are comfortable, that playful puppy energy comes out- and we have lots of it. We will run around full speed and sometimes get tangled up in eachother or stuff around us and we don't mean to cause a mess but we are puppies and need to be trained and worked with as we grow up. Due to my social behavior I would love a family with a playmate and lots of attention to give, I'm going to make a great companion when I get older and the more people I can love the better.

Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all dogs before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the dog's shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. The microchips are registered to Last Day Dog Rescue with the adopter's info added once adopted. If the dog is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Dogs MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our dogs back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted dog.
The petfinder.com system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
