Hi, I’m Millie! I’m pretty laid back and easy-going. I really enjoy taking walks and playing with my toys. Oh, and belly rubs! Belly rubs are my favorite!!! I love when my foster mom talks to me – I just wag and wag and wag! If you tell me I’m a good girl, I’ll love you forever! I’m pretty spoiled and I love to curl up on the couch. My foster mom even lets me sleep in the bed! But I just roll up in a ball and you never even know I’m there. Oh, and I love to give kisses! If you let me, I’d kiss you all day long!!!
I’ve gone through a whole lot of changes lately.
My family had to surrender me because of some changes they were going through.
I also had a doggy sister that I was with my whole life, but she already got adopted.
She’s so lucky.
The good news is that I’m great with other dogs!
I’m not so sure about cats yet, but I know that I like to chase them!
I’m great with kids, but since I’m pretty calm and relaxed, I’m looking for a similar type of home environment.
I am very well-trained and I know a lot of commands.
I’m so gentle and obedient, that I’d be a great dog for just about anyone!

Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all dogs before adoption. AVID Microchips are implanted between the dog's shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. The microchips are registered to Last Day Dog Rescue with the adopter's info added once adopted. If the dog is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Dogs MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our dogs back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted dog.
The petfinder.com system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix.
