Description:
My name is Millie, My sister and I found ourselves at a shelter through no fault of our own. We waited and watched all of our other puppy friends leave and wondered if our turn would come. Luckily, we were rescued by LDDR and just in the nick of time, the next day was our "deadline". I am a very loving little girl, playful, curious, full of energy, and I have the cutest face with a big "C" curl in my tail. I am a little more on the shy side but I warm up quickly. When it's time to settle down I love to settle on a blanket or go lay down in my crate. My foster mom says I am doing GREAT at potty training and I sleep all night like a big girl. I have a big foster sister and brother and I like them alot! I also have a foster kitty brother. He smells funny, not like us, but he's pretty neat. I like to sniff him but he doesn't play like I do so I just leave him be. I also get to play with my foster little boy, he is lots of fun. I am looking for my FOREVER FAMILY, they must be patient, understanding, and loving. If you think that you are ready to make a 10-15 year commitment full of devotion, unconditional love, and a million and one laughs then ask about me.
Applicants that are willing to enroll their puppy in obedience classes will receive preference ![]()
The petfinder.com system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label. Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all animals before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the animals shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. The microchips are registered to Last Day Dog Rescue with the adopter's info added once adopted. If the animal is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Animals MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our animals back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted animal. Please understand the statements about this animal are based upon the foster home's evaluation of the animal. The animal might behave differently (negatively or positively) in your home. While the animal might be good with the current foster’s dogs, cats, children, etc., it may not be with your animal(s) or children. The animal may be housebroken or litter trained in the home of the foster but may relapse in your home. The animal is represented to the public as it performs in the foster home and any statements made regarding the animal are conditional to that foster home setting. Please understand that statements made regarding this animal are simply overviews and are not guaranteed.
