Description:
Wiggles is a boxer beagle mix. The color, size of a beagle and the cute underbite, round head of a boxer. A real cutie! With amazing green eyes. She looks like a forever puppy...and called wiggles because her whole body wiggles when she is greeting you and new people. Great with other dogs and cats. I'm sure she would love kids too! Looks to be around 2 years old. A playful cuddle bug!

Wiggles was found wondering on a rural road. Not a run-a-way as she loves to be near her people and we can't see her leaving her home or the ones she loves. Therefore, Itis believed she was dumped there.

She was at the shelter past the time they keep dogs. The staff and volunteers loved her so much they delayed and begged for rescue. LDDR offered to pull her. She had to hide away and wait for transport at a cat sanctuary where she made many kitty friends. Once with us, she trotted through the vets office making friends with all the dogs and cats to her overnight place. The next day we discover the possible reason she was probably dumped. A few minor health issues but easily treated. She had a bladder infection and was only able to eliminate when happy or relaxed. Her accidents may of been seen as behavior instead of lack of care. A couple days on medication and it's already better. She is also overcoming an ear infection, bladder infection, fleas, and parasites. This girl has been in pain and discomfort but is still one of the most loving this seasoned foster has met. She craves attention, instruction and so wants to please! Improve the quality of YOUR life...and invite this little love to be your forever friend!

The petfinder.com system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.

Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all animals before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the animals shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. The microchips are registered to Last Day Dog Rescue with the adopter's info added once adopted. If the animal is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Animals MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our animals back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted animal.

Please understand the statements about this animal are based upon the foster home's evaluation of the animal. The animal might behave differently (negatively or positively) in your home. While the animal might be good with the current foster’s dogs, cats, children, etc., it may not be with your animal(s) or children. The animal may be housebroken or litter trained in the home of the foster but may relapse in your home. The animal is represented to the public as it performs in the foster home and any statements made regarding the animal are conditional to that foster home setting. Please understand that statements made regarding this animal are simply overviews and are not guaranteed.
