10/25/11: Tilli is doing very well with her walking, and is learning to walk without pulling. She is also enrolled in foster obedience class, where she will be mastering her basic obedience. She loves, loves to fetch balls(especially ones with little squeakers in them). She is maturing to be a wonderful dog. She loves other dogs, and the foster home has new additions of foster puppies in the foster home, and she is doing very well socializing around them. She would love a friend to run and play with, as she likes to be around people and other animals.
Here I am! Tilli, the 10 month old lab mix. My foster mother thinks I a mix with some type of hound maybe beagle. I am potty trained and haven't had an accident in 3 weeks, (I am a good girl). I know sit well, and am working on stay and off. I need practice in walking on a leash, because I tend to pull a little, so my foster mother bought me a harnass. I like to run next to her bike when we go for a bike ride and will need daily walks to get my excess energy out( I am still a puppy you know). I am spayed and have all my shots, which means I am ready for a home. Please consider me, as I would make a great family pet. I love. love cats and other dogs, as well as kids. I am excellent in crate training as I never cry and have never had an accident while in the crate. ( i can sleep all night in the crate with no problems). please call my foster mother, Alana (313) 543-2939 if you have any questions. I would love, love to go to obedience training with you as it helps both of us to bond together as a team. Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all animals before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the animals shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. If the animal is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Animals MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our animals back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted animal. Please understand the statements about this animal are based upon the foster home's evaluation of the animal. The animal might behave differently (negatively or positively) in your home. While the animal might be good with the current foster’s dogs, cats, children, etc., it may not be with your animal(s) or children.
