Little miss Breathless Mahoney, is a sweet, gentle, kind little pup. Very respectful yet playful. She likes kids, dogs and even willing to play with a cat much bigger then herself. She looks like a perfect mutt, Little Sheltie and a little smooth fox terrier we don't expect her to be much bigger then 20 lbs. when full grown?
 
Breathless, was dumped at a small high kill shelter in Ohio all by herself right before the long 4th holiday, when few rescues are able to help and no one adopts. A van load of dogs lucky to be pulled out by rescue were being loaded and this one girl was the last pup waiting. Not able to leave her behind she was freed!
 
She is so excited to be rescued like the other pups and even more excited at the though of her very own forever family! Please fill out an application and take the first step to making her your very own!

Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all animals before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the animals shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. If the animal is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Animals MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our animals back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted animal.

While the animal might be good with the current foster’s dogs, cats, children, etc., it may not be with your animal(s) or children.
