**I am currently very eager to find my home! So, I am involved in the Name Your Own Price Promotion, name your price today & I could be your new family member! Please see our Name Your Own Price Webpage for more info!** Sparkles is a wonderful girl with alot of years left to give one lucky family. She is a well mannered big girl who loves to just lay next to you and get petted. She rides wonderfully in a car and is crate and potty trained. She does however take some inexpensive meds that make her need to go out just a little more often. Very easy to manage and so worth it for this lovely lady! Sparkles is not living in a home with other dogs right now but has lived with them in the past as well as children. If you are looking for loyal companion to spend your days and nights with, she's " The One".
Spritely aka Sparkles which fits her by the way she is both Spritely and she Sparkles with personality. She is just under 7 years old but years of love and company to give someonw who will open their home and heart for this great girl. Story is on this girl that she ended up in a high kill shelter up north most likely the owners went out to get a pup and dumped her off at the shelter She caught the heart of the shelter manager and she was determined to find this fine dog a place to go as she was scheduled to be put down . We took her in and she is just as nice as we heard. Now she does need meds for seizures which are cheap and has to go out to potty more then normal both things are easily controlled so please give this great all around lab a chance ! Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all animals before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the animals shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. The microchips are registered to Last Day Dog Rescue with the adopter's info added once adopted. If the animal is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Animals MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our animals back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted animal. Please understand the statements about this animal are based upon the foster home's evaluation of the animal. The animal might behave differently (negatively or positively) in your home. While the animal might be good with the current foster’s dogs, cats, children, etc., it may not be with your animal(s) or children. The animal may be housebroken or litter trained in the home of the foster but may relapse in your home. The animal is represented to the public as it performs in the foster home and any statements made regarding the animal are conditional to that foster home setting. Please understand that statements made regarding this animal are simply overviews and are not guaranteed. The Petfinder.com system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our animals. Visual breed identification in animals is unreliable so for most of the animals we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each animal as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our animals based on personality, not by breed label. Thank you for looking through our list of animals needing forever homes and choosing rescue first. We appreciate you stopping by.Other Pictures of Spritely aka Sparkles-PENDING (click to see larger version):
