Our family adopted Sasha (renamed Carley) on February 24, 2012 and she is a lovebug! She settled into our home very nicely. She really enjoys spending time at puppy daycare playing with the other dogs, especially her favourite fur cousin Riley - a 115lbs Boerboel! Thanks for bring such joy into our lives.

We adopted Kris from the Wd litter of German short haired pointers as a companion to our 10 month old German short haired pointer. Kris AKA Rocco is doing great. He is so laid back and gets along so well with our 10 month old, Nellie. They play all day together. They are inseparable. I want to thank JJ and April for a wonderful experience with LDDR! You both were wonderful and we are so happy with our new pup!

My husband and I adopted Austin at the end of February 2011 and we liked the name the foster mom gave him so much we decided to keep it. He is such a happy, healthy and loving dog that has brought us so much joy! We are so grateful to LDDR for saving him from the high kill shelter he was found in...he is truly the best dog we could have asked for! We still get comments from friends and family on how adorable, smart and well behaved he is. Sometimes I honestly believe he knows how others are feeling (whether it be sad, sick, hurt or scared) and wants to make it better...and the majority of the time he does. Some might say that he is one lucky dog but it's most definitely the other way around...my husband and I are the lucky ones.

We adopted "Od Litter Calum". We renamed him "Bruiser". He is fitting in perfectly. He loves to cuddle! He is very intelligent. We already taught him to sit and stay. The housebreaking is no problem. Me and my husband couldn't be happier!

We adopted Gavin two weeks ago. I'm happy to report that he is doing great. He's full of energy and loves to play. The longer he's with us the more his sweet & fun personality is shining through. He starts dog training next week and appears to be a very fast & smart learner already.

We adopted Earnhardt almost a month now. He is the best.. He is a happy dog and is learning to get along with the boys(cats).. He has grown alot. Taller and just as active. He is losing his puppy teeth now.

thank u to groups like u who rescue these beautiful animals, we have 4 mini dauchaunds!! just got 2 from a lady who rescued them from and awful puppy mill where they were abused also.
