Description:
Stella Jean is a pretty Beagle mix about 4 years old. She has a cute up-turned nose and pleading eyes that tug at your heart. Stella Jean has typical beagle behaviors and loves to run around outside with her nose to the ground or in the air. She sometimes likes to play and act silly, and tries to entice other dogs to play, but plays rough. She can be selective with her doggie friends and may do best as an only dog. Stella Jean is crate trained and housebroken. She knows some commands and sits nicely for treats. She loves to go for walks and car rides. Stella would love a home where she can be with her people and cuddle up to be scratched behind the ear. Stella is so sweet and so ready to find her forever home, could it be with you?
Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all dogs before adoption. AVID Microchips are implanted between the dog's shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. The microchips are registered to Last Day Dog Rescue with the adopter's info added once adopted. If the dog is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Dogs MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our dogs back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted dog. The petfinder.com system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix.
