Hi, my name is Blaire! I came to LDDR because someone was giving me away for free, I hear that bad things can happen to free animals so I am glad that I found myself here! I love other kitties and I don't mind dogs either! There is a very large dog in foster care with me and I don't mind her at all. There are also two adult kitties and I get along great with them! I love to play chase so much! I would love to go to a home with another animal, because I am very energetic. I settle down very nicely but if you won't be home a lot, I will need someone else to play with. So another kitten or cat would be great! I should also mention that my foster parents have a 9 month old family member that comes to their home quite often. I do great with him! He was close to my face trying to play with me and I just went to sleep on the couch while he was talking to me very loudly. My foster parents feel I could do great in a home with a child.
I have a big tower in foster care that I love! I like to climb to the top, I'm not scared at all. I am good at using my scratchers on the tower too. My foster parents are very impressed. I am also very good about using my litter box, I've had that down for a long time! I have absolutely no accidents and I am a very clean girl, I like to give myself baths so that I look beautiful for everyone. Everyone says I also have VERY soft fur, so everyone wants to cuddle with me.
My foster parents normally lock kittens up for the night but they trust me to stay out with their cats, that is how good I am! I don't do anything naughty. They said I am the perfect cat and if they could have another, I would be their choice. I have to say, that must mean something very good because they have fostered over 120 cats and they wish they could keep ME out of all of them! But they know I really need to find a forever home of my own.
I am a really good girl so I am hoping that I can find a home of my own soon. I adjusted to foster care so fast! I was a little sad at first when they were getting to know me, they kept me in a room alone and I have never been without human companionship or other animals. But now I am out with them all the time and get run of the house so I am perfectly fine! I am a purring MACHINE! I love to purr when you pet me. I also ask for cuddles, I will jump up on the couch just to be with you. I like to either lie on your lap or right next to you. I just want to be close! I am super affectionate, but not annoying about it! I will go away if you don't have the time to cuddle with me at that very moment.
I hope to find a forever home soon. I have lived indoors my entire life and I need an indoor forever home. So what do you think? I will be attending adoption events on the weekend if you would like to meet me, but you can also fill out an application and come and meet me at my foster home too. I would love to meet you and maybe go home with you! I can't wait to have a forever home of my own. I hope to see you soon!

Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. AVID Microchips are implanted between the dog's/cat's shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. The microchips are registered to Last Day Dog Rescue with the adopter's info added once adopted. If the dog/cat is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Dogs MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our dogs/cats back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted dog/cat. The petfinder.com system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label. Last Day Dog Rescue now microchips all animals before adoption.
