Sandy is a boxer mix who has been with a family up until now but the Michigan economy has forced this family to rehome their much loved Sandy, both lost their jobs and now the husband has become disabled so they must move into housing that does not permit dogs that weigh over 20 pounds. Sandy is very friendly with strangers, and is fine with other dogs She is good on a leash and will even jog right next to you. Still a young girl, Sandy would do best in a fenced yard where she could run and work out all of the extra energy she has inside of her. She is not food or toy aggressive at all. She knows a few commands and would respond well to a little training. She will cuddle on the couch with you if you let her and considers herself to be a lap dog. Sandy is just an all-around fun girl!
